Take pics and contact the seller. Those markings were put on by an employee somewhere along the way to indicate that the contents were missing. This happens frequently, often resulting from the box being so much bigger than the item and no packing to help retain the shape of the carton. The seller should take responsibility for the insufficient packaging.
