Is Advanced Manufacturing and Systems Management any good?

What are some advanced user feedback management systems?

  • making users feedback input flow more rapidly and more accurately. e.g. predict user response time, calculate user response availability, tailoring user surveys, etc.

  • Answer:

When you start talking "advanced" features, you'll have a hard time finding a single tool that has every feature that you perceive as "advanced." When people say "advanced features" they usually mean "obscure feature that only I and a few other people might ever need" :) Regardless, we have a tool called http://temper.io that we think is the fastest and easiest way to gather actionable feedback from customers across every part of your business. For a lot of people, it's a very advanced tool compared to what they were doing before to gather feedback or info on satisfaction, but for others it may be missing some random feature. Really, you just have to try a ton of different products out and see what fits your needs best.

http://Ometrics.com offers feedback, need help, lead, survey and text box tabs. The tabs slide for the sides or bottom of your page and can be triggered from a number of events such as page position, time on page, second visit to site as well as exit of the page. I have found that "Feedback" does not get as many responses as "Need Help".  You can change the text to get the type of feedback you are looking for or a non-English language.
