What do I have to consider when applying to UK Universities, specifically Scotland?
-
I am a EU citizen (Slovenia) and want to do my second bachelor in Edinburgh. What do I have to know about the application procedure? Can I apply to more then one University at a time and then simply reject one if I get accepted by both? When are the deadlines? Is Scotland any different from other parts of the UK?

Answer:
http://www.ucas.com/ Most UK universities take applications from the ucas organisation (see link). This is usually for UK students but may be for overseas students too. Funding is a different issue. In the UK local authorities pay towards the fees and people from Scotland and the rest of the EU have ALL of these paid whereas students from England and Wales don't. Have a look at the site and you should find most of the info youneed. Good luck.
