If you were a NFL team owner (for any team) and could make one change for that team what would it be and why?

I'd fire Brad Childress of the Vikings and try really hard to get either Bill Cowher or the guy who used to coach the San Diego Chargers , (the name escapes me, senior moment lol). Thank you White Boy, its Marty Schottenheimer.

Charger's owner. I would change firing Marty Schottenheimer and hiring Norv Turner.

If I were the owner of the Cincinatti Bengals, I would require fingerprinting, a background check, and psychological profiling of all team members and potential team members

As Wade Phillips coach of the Cowboys I would try and find us a great cornerback. Otherwise the team is pretty tight all around offense and defense.

im a packer fan who loves to watch the pro game... but as san diegos owner, id fire my general manager, he couldnt get by his little spat with the head coach, fired him and brought in a coaching retread, now look where its got him, i think he messed up... manning/rivers, rivers brees, ill give him credit for the vick/LT trade though

Well If I were the only owner of the Packers I would make the stadium fit 100,000 people. They never have enough room. This would shorten the waiting list from like 30years to like 15 years. Not to mention it would get pretty loud in there.
