Go to www.relfe.com/A06/drinking_water_ treatment_chlorine.html I don't think you'll want to water anything with chlorinated water after reading this.

I say NO! to many chemicals and it will be in your food.. not a good idea at all. The plants will be contaminted, and u need no more chemicals . get enough from processed food these days. I would not use ir t all for grass or flowers, all chemicals will do some type of harm.

well if you cant find anyone that will give u an intelligent answer, then just go 2 a nursery or call a garden place and ask them. dont just wait for someone to respond to your question. You could of had ur answer probably by now if you would of call them..

Some plants will be damaged by chlorine residue. I have a salt system and I killed a few plants in the nearby flower bed because of the backwash. However, chlorine will weaken after awhile so you might could install a holding tank and kill any chlorine residue, then apply it to the garden. I ran the drain from my shower to the flower bed outside my house and the 12 plants there grew better than any other plants in my yard.

Since you put chlorine in it they will probably die. If not they might grow vegtables tha could hurt you. Chlorine is poisonous to us.

it should be okay. i did the same thing with my flowers and it didn't make any difference. i would take a good look at the vegetables before eating them.

No, this is not good at all the chlorine can burn the roots, I would not continue to do this. My husband is a plant doctor I can ask him tomorrow.....for his advice on this
