they buzz everywhere, it's just that you can hear them at your ear.

haven't you ever noticed that they will fly around your nose, your eyes and the rest of your face? the only reason that they "buzz" around your ears, is because they are BY YOUR EARS, and you hear the irritating little s.o.b.'s; you can't hear them by your eyes~they are too tiny and too far away from your ears. but they get by your ears & that's why you hear them so loudly. does this make any sense?

No I can't tell u ? they choose to buzz in the ears, but I can tell you that only the female mosquitos buzz, and they don't bite. The male mosquitos do not buzz, but they do the biting.( weird huh )!!
