Two days ago, I had what it seemed a mosquito bite, but now it hurts so bad and the area around it is swollen?
-
What could it be? I'm not sure if I was actually bitten by a mosquito. It just seemed like it. Any ideas?

Answer:
maybe you scratched it with a dirty fingernail? try an antibacterial ointment like teramycin for skin. have it checked if it really bothers you.

Not to sure, It can be anything really. A spider bite or something even more serious. If it is bugging you that much I would def. advise you to get it checked out. It could be serious. Good luck

It could be these things: 1. A mosquito bite that your body is reacting to. 2. A spider bite (which can become quite bad) 3. A boil, or infection, caused by a scratching the bite and getting some staph in your skin. Either way, if the swelling hasn't gone down by the time you get these answers, go to a clinic. If it is 2 or 3, a doctor will probably need to treat it.

It is probably infected now possibly if you scratched it a lot. It could also be a spider bite, either poisonous or benign. Either way, contact a pharmacist or doctor and explain the situation. It can be serious. My sister was bitten by a black widow and it affected even her reproductive system and kidneys, though in less time than yours--in about an hour or so. There are other poisonous spiders and insects so please call someone in medicine asap.

It could have been a spider, bug or other mite or insect. You have got a reaction to it. Generally our bodies will sort it out naturally and that takes about a week or so. If you see no improvement in that time go to a doctor to have the wound scraped and cleaned or do it your self and save the expense

I had the same thing a few years ago. It was on the side of my knee. Turns out it was a spider bite. I think I had to use cream for it...

I would absolutely go see a doctor. In your favor, it could just be a mosquito bite. But it could be the beginings of cancer. Take all abnomalities seriously! I recently lost my mother-in-law to cancer that wasn't caught in time.

I have this problem, too. It sounds like you might be allergic to bug bites. You just have to wait for it to go away. I use tiger balm to get rid of the pain. Also, I don't know if you have seen this yet, but when my bites swell up they turn purple. I think it's cuz of bruising. Don't worry, it goes away, but it takes a while.

it can really be any kinda insects and we wouldnt have any clues unless u can describe every single detail. the gd news is, it shouldnt be serious, at most just itch and pain for a couple of days. If it gets worse, see a doc pls.
