Whats a good healthy way to get rid or acne?

try filling a bowl with hot tea and put a towel over it. put your face up to the bowl and itll exfoliate your pores and it makes your skin really soft. Works for me :D

Wash your face every day and to prevent more acne use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. My skin isn't really sensitive and since using it I have not gotten any acne. BUT it doesn't get rid of acne.

This might not be what you want to hear... But the neutrogena wave is ahhhmazing and itworks really well. You should try it.

WATER! Mostly drink water! Oatmeal is good too, as i heard, idk how to make it though. Toothpaste s more like an over-night acne emergency, sometimes the pimple is gone the next day, sometimes not. And always washing your face is a good start to cleansing the pores. (:

drink tons and tons of water! I really mean it! and if that fails..SERIOUSLY go to a dermatologist because they can give you options. They may offer you to take birth control (if your a woman), or creams and lotions to put on the affected area of the acne. And if your still a teenager, don't worry its normal! But if you want to get rid of them..talk to a dermatologist!
