How often does your Sky+ HD box flip out?

I have sky+ hd.I have multi room so my bro has it.He bought a sky+hd box.How do I get the viewing card for it?

i read somewere that you have to have the phone cable connected to the HD box in order for the new or any card to work. you will probably have to phone sky and get a new subscription to get another card to put into the box.
