hmm..i know they sell this kit in the record stores that is supposed to fix them..i dont know what its called but im sure if you go to a good music store or ebay it you can find it..

I made my own cotraption and it works perfectly, but takes a long time. I made a fitting on the front of an old cd motor and then i let the cd spin in a mixture of water and cleaning deturgent that has abrasives in it.

if you rub a little plain toothpaste on the scratches, it can help to fill them in; i know this works
