It's a SCAM!!!! Get out while you still can! I read so many sad and unsure stories and they all from yahoo answers. Just type in their name and you can see for yourself. I also went to one of their interviews awhile back and they told me about the so called company and "product." I was interested in knowing the product becuase I'm a marketing student at the time and we learned the most important thing is the product, so I asked about it. Seems like a simple enough questions, right? Well, the interview couldn't tell me what they were selling and give me the run-around. Come on, I just want to know what you are selling? Then, her manager came in and I asked her what they were selling? She told me, they weren't selling a thing!!! I'm like, what? You're not selling anything? She said, yes and give me a bad look. I said, so what do you do? Then, she give me the same story as the interviewer but still didn'[t answer my questions. Got the funny vibe and I was out of there. Plain old scam. My friend didn't trust these guys either. He got called up for a interview and he told me the interview on the phone told him to bring a couple of friends too. That's not an job interview when you bring your friends along. Job interviews are for you only and not for friends. Don't give any of your money to them. Not for a $100 background that they wanted me to pay or take any of their classes. I already know that they will want you to invest with them and then you will then try to take your family and friends' money away too. Don't do it! See what your friend is doing, she got taken already and the only way she going to make a little money is to take you. It's all just one big scam and trying to take the poor guys' money. Shame on them!

I "worked" for WFG,and I say work very loosely. I received the training, went to many presentations but never made a cent. It's legit, but it's a multi level marketing company, meaning the only way to make money is if your at the top of the pyramid. You have to recruit many many people before you get anything going. Not a scam, but not worth it by any means!

The ripoff/scam boards a lit up with this company name, Avoid them.

I attended an invitation to WFG presentation not long ago, I was invited by one of the 'team's' managers, I'm guessing that is his title. Everyone did seem quite nice initially, and I noticed everyone there had spouses with them for support and someone mentioned it was recommended to have a spouse join for support. I thought it strange, but stayed for the presentation. I had so many questions, for example how does a person make that much in their RRSP investment if banks only allow so much for a person to accumulate over the years. It didn't add up, and the more he talked the more questions I had (in my mind). When everyone else came into the room from their training there was a case study, as the woman was going through it, it didn't add up either, for example, the loans were consolidated to allow more cash flow, but how then is the couple guaranteed to make so much after 10 years? There wasn't enough information given, and it seemed too loosey goosey. It only made me question it more because there was no clear and concrete answer, only guarantees of how these people are being helped and how they will end up with savings in early retirement. There are no guarantees in life. Lastly, my final question was, what do the points mean!? These people kept talking about earning points and yet at the same time they're mantra was 'you can earn a 6 figure income!', unbelievable. The only way, if anyone is making a lot of money out of this MLM, is the possibility of cheating others. My gut instinct was telling me to leave, and I did.

World Financial Group has changed my families life, am over 30 years old and NO ONE, I mean NO ONe ever took the time to educate me on on strategies that the wealthy has used for years, until WFG. My girlfriends husband was killed in a car accident & because WFG properly protected them , she & her boys are finanically going to be ok. She said no company had ever taken the time to sit & educate her as they did. I love it so much as I have recently started a part time training with them . They treat me & my boys so good. Whats wrong with you people out there? They are independant, company's like TD, BMO, Boomerang , Tempelton (been around since 1954) have aligned with them. Do you honestly think these Companies would attatch their names & products if it were a Scam?

Well. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of AEGON which is one of the largest financial services organizations in the world. They are also one of the top rated financial services marketing organisations of USA and Canada. It is no brainer to understand that they are definitely not a scam. They did have their share of regulatory penalties etc but so did all the top banks and organizations of the world specially of USA. I am not a part of WFG but have a few friends who are enjoying a good flow of monthly income under their multi level marketing scheme. There are loads of you tube videos on them and they all confirm what I have written i.e. they have had their share of problems in the past but they are a legitimate and fast growing organisation and surely not a scam.Do check out wikipedia comments on them as well.

they sell insurance and they do financial analysis also debt relief. what is so hard about answering that question. there are so many companies out there that sell insurance. its whole life that they recommend prudential, all state, nationwide etc.... they all sell insurance too. WFG is a part of transamerica
World Finance Group is Multi level Marketing Company(MLM). This is not fit for everybody. Think 4 times before joining in it. And it is not easy to make make money as they used to say making 6 figure income easily. There are some systems regarding compensation which is not clear.you need to be under always your SMD /trainer. Some SMD/trainer may kill your sales, i mean He writes all the your client's business and policies. If you ask with him for your contribution and compensation , He may get angry with you He may say I help to be a trainer , now you are not trainer, so you have to give me all 100 % commission to me. Later i will give promotion and one day you will be reach making money. I gave 10 policies before my license and 10 more polices and business to my SMD. So i was dissatisfied with him so I quiet/resign from this business.
