    You have to see your doctor immediately ,cause it could be that you need special treatment ,I guess it is the water of your ears is unbalanced , but then the shortness of breathing means the beginning of a heart attack

Sounds like it could simply be low blood pressure, doctors can deal with this easily now-a-days. I have a relative who has some of these symptons and they were diagnosed to have low blood pressure. Just get it checked out at your doctors, lack of breathing could be some mild respiratory condition, asthma maybe, Best to get it checked. Karl

Defenitely go see the dr, not something to mess around with. Are you eating and drinking good, especially in the heat, make sure you drink tons of water, and have food in your stomach!
