Why can't I load paper in HP printer?

My paper is jammed in my hp printer. how do i get the paper unjammed?

  • the printer paper for my HP printer is jammed in it look likes the roller the printer cant print.

    remove the door on back of the printer, shouldn't have any problems from there

If your printer has a paper advance button then press it. If it doesnt then most printers will let you pull the paper out, but do it very slowly without jerking movements because you would not want to pull out the rollers or the springs. If it is a laser then take out the ink cartridge and see if you can get better access by that. Once you have removed the paper, turn off the printer at the plug to empty the print cache and then start again.. good luck

there should be a small door on the back that you can open. Please make sure that the device is unplugged first, though. Dont want you getting shocked. Good luck!!
