How to get sick overnight?

Just eat some raw eggs or chicken but you won't like it. If you're looking for a simple flu then you can wet yourself with cold water and go in cold air without wearing clothes.

leave a fan on in front of your face while you sleep and in the morning your nose will be stuffed.

Sleep Under A Heavy Cover All Night That Will Make You Sweat And Hot. When You Wake Up Act As If You Have A Fever.

an easy way to get sick/ fever. find some mold. (not like a moldy strawberry) but some actual mold. take a little and eat it. mold works fast and hard at getting you sick. this only works once though becasue the body within the first few days builds up a tolerance. but the illness should be gone in 1-2 days. just enough time for you to get out of whatever you need to get out of.

sleep on cold wet hair, managed to give me the flu a couple of times.
