How do I find the ownership details of a building in my Area that doesnt have a number?

  Go online and check the tax records for that building. Or if you have the owners name, enter that. I cannot believe the post office does not have the name of the street. Even if each unit has a separate box, all building must have a physical address. Maybe they just do not give that info out. You can also go the the library and check your city directory, they should have cross references (such as name of building and address) that will give you the information you need. Have you tried asking the manager/owner of the building? Every business and building is required to have a street and number even if they use a Post Office box as their mailing address.
