    I too drink a lot of coke but I cut down on it because its unhealthy. Im not a doctor but I doubt anything is wrong with your heart. Coke causes alot of gas due to the acids in it. Which can cause heartburn. Sounds more like heartburn and your not too young to experience it. Now, if you we're having chest pains and heart pains also known as angina all the time then you should be concerned. But, since you said it only happens when you drink soda then it's obvious soda is the problem.. Try not drinking soda to see if these pains stop and if they don't see your doctor. You may also want to try cutting down on your soda consumption because in the long run its bad for your kidneys, stomach and teeth. Soda is like battery acid. Sometimes drinking a glass of water after you drink a soda may help.

go to see your doctor earlier and do some test to make sure what is wrong with your heart .you are still young you need to pay attention to that . and also in your family have diabetes ,maybe you also have ,when the blood sugar is high or low ,also very uncomfortable .
