Can you transfer PayPal funds into a debit card/credit card?

To send funds to your debit card or bank account I believe you go to withdraw and it will give you an option to send it to your bank-then you can use the funds on your debit card. To send it to your credit card what I do is I have a personal and premiere account. You can either send it to yourself or someone else-I send money to my husband's account all the time to use on his Paypal card. What I do if I need cash is I put the credit card I want to use on my personal account-then I send a payment to my email at my premiere account. Make sure you go to personal for the payment options as this doesn't charge you extra fees-glad they changed it! Then you can send it to your other account to put in your bank or use on your Paypal card. They charge a fee but it usually isn't much for the transactions I did but is a way of doing a cash advance.
