If they have the information, technically, yes they can. I doubt they would considering they are a major corporation, but there could always have a corrupt employee. First of all they do not need any personal account information like the account number. They can pull a credit report if you sign saying that they can do so, but there is no legitimate reason for them to need an account number. As to what the previous guy said about you not giving them permission, yes they still can. In that case you would talk to your bank and dispute the charges.
