What to do with this allergies? do you know home remedies?

Does anybody know of any home remedies for air-borne allergies??? (and no, i do not have Saline spray)?

    Sounds much like mold and/or dust mite, although household cleaning agents, room fresheners can all be lethal. I don't know about home remedies, but I would say the best thing to take is an over the counter allergy medicine. Works for me.

When you get a chance, buy an ionic filter. I use the Ionic Breeze, and my house does not get as dusty, and my allergies do not act up until I leave the house to go outside!!

Keep the room cool, remove all cloth; drapes, etc. If a bedroom, get mattress covers that zip; hypoallergenic... For the pillows as well. Look into air filters. It's a curse, I know, I have allergies and asthma. Hot, green tea and honey help at night. Good luck, Mike

home remedy boil water use the steam from hot water by putting a towel over your head trapping the steam so you can breath easyer.do it about 15 are 20 minutes.also you can uses vick by putting a little in your nose to help breath easyer it works!!!!

If you want to improve allergies to pollen over some time, then eating raw honey will help. The unprocessed pollen will help u build a natural immunity to it. As for right now, I'm not really sure about any home remedies.

Avoid having carpets in your house. Also, change your sheets more frequently then is considered "normal". Dusting and cleaning are also a given. If it's not an outdoor allergy, keeping your windows open seems to help alot too.
