A restaurant can be the most stressfull. A lot of my friends, including me, have had restaurants. You want to work at a grocery store or retail because like you said you have a chance of moving up. Even if you do not move up you get great experience from these jobs. They are also not stressful because I had friends that have retail and grocery stores too including myself. Go for retail or grocery where you have a potential to move up , learn a lot, adn earn great money.
