I feel so sorry for you, it's so difficult finding foods that are quaranteed nut free.

You cannot cure this allergy - sorry. How do I know? My daughter has the same condition and we try to keep well informed on current research etc. Another answer suggests therapies involving introduction of the known allergen to the individual. absolutly not, if you have an allegy then you will always have it, it is an reaction your body have when it is resistant to something. You can help treat it with allergy medicine. Sometimes as you get older your allergies won't bother you as much as they did when your were younger. I had allergies since i was 8 and they aren't as bad as they was then as they are now that i am 21.

There was something mentioned about this recently on TV. There used to be a treatment involving minute amounts of whatever caused your allergy and gradually increasing the amounts until. Your body was immune. It was all done via professionals at hospital. Ive remembered, It was on the One show on BBC1 with Adrian Chiles. The subject mentioned was allergic to bee and wasp stings. As far as I know, there is no way to completely cure allergies. Treating the symptoms with medicine is about all you can do.

if someone had a cure, there would be a lot of happy people out there! but it hasnt happened yet although sometimes you can grow out of an allergy
