For most of us, night time eating is a big problem. What can help, is to have either measured snacks available - not chips, popcorn, ice cream, etc, but things like nuts, a piece of fruit, or a small amount of cheese and crackers (no more than 6 crackers). You are less likely to sit down and eat a whole can of nuts...but chips? Oh yeah. Color them gone! Try to have your dinner more protein than carbohydrate if you can, which will give you a more full feeling and take longer for your body to burn off. You might find that you don't need to snack in the evening that way. You need to do some toning in your stomach area (crunches, as much as they suck) which will help to burn off that pad of fat that is giving you the trouble.

Drink a gallon of water a day, walk at least 1 mile a day - you will be surprised. Walking does help and water flushes away a lot. Good Luck

During the day when you're just walking around, flex your stomach for a while. I wear tank tops or tight shirts and it helps me flex my stomach because I don't want people to see my gut hanging out...eventually you'll get a nice little tight stomach...just know no matter how skinny you are you will always have rolls when you sit down.

I'm really sorry that you have this problem. :-S Eating before bed is the worst possible thing for you. Try to cut out your night time binging... I know that that will be hard. on top of that, cut your calories back some and work out a little more than you do now... if you're already skinny, don't go too hard too fast. Good luck! xoxox

Just embrace yourself. Who cares about a tummy? If it bugs you quit eating junk and exercise regularly.
