i prefer jockstraps because i like how they only surround the area you need protected, and there isnt a bunch of other fabric that restricts movement

I would say i rather go with a jockstrap. But sometimes i do use compression shorts too. This depends on what kinda physical activities you would be doing. Choose the right size that fits you comfortably. Wear what gives you comfort because that's what anyone would want to feel when sweating it out.

jockstrap ....cuz it's comfortable than compression shots..... but different ppl have different choice.

Jockstraps any day over compression shorts. Jocks don't hurt to wear the straps are fine if the jock fits you correctly

A jock strap,if I wear compression shorts,they are too erm revealing and I get some stares and some guys at the gym try to get a bit too friendly for my liking.

I do the gym thang daily and for me it's jock strap. It's comfy if you wear the right size! Now they come in all kinds of colors and styles as well............ ;)
