Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-) The crest whitening strips work pretty good. Some genetic genes have darker or lighter hair/eyes...as they do teeth. My family all have more yellow/white teeth rather than the grey/white look,...anyhow I have used dental whitening and it made a huge difference. brush your teeth, but sprinkle a little bit of baking soda on your tooth paste. That way you aren't getting just the taste of baking soda, but you're also not buying expensive products and just relying on toothpaste.

If i were you I just would use toothpaste that includes whitening in it. There is also a mouthwash in a white bottle that works very well. Cheap too, each under ten dollars. Don't be like many ppl out there and bleach your teeth, to look absolutely fake.

okies erm my teeth are a little bit overcrowded and the thing i found to keep them looking white without having to spend alot of money is macleans white and shine toothpaste and listerine mouthwash. simple twice a day thing :) x

I like pearl drops. I wouldn't want to have really white teeth it does not look natural.
