Answer:
Are you sure that you haven't been tricked or ripped off? That is, it sounds like a penny stock "pump & dump" scam to me...promoters buy up thousands of shares of a worthless stock of fractions of a penny and then sell it to people for a few pennies a share on the promise that it will be worth big dollars some day soon because of some theory (usually a new discovery or development). When the promoters sell everything they bought, they take the money & run. With no one promoting the stock any more, the new owners are left with stock they cannot sell for anything close to what they paid for it. In general, if you own more shares than trade in a day or a week and you aren't a principle in the business itself, something smells wrong... A limit order for the average daily price for the last couple of days that offers all of your shares Good Until Canceled should do the trick, if there are any real buyers out there for the stock.

Ask your broker to get a 'price and size' or ask him/her which way the market is (buyer or seller). Say the price is 20-25p in 1000 shares. There may be a bid of 18p for your 13000, or if the market are buyers you might get the 20p. If it is genuine no volume then that's it, no volume so you have had it. Just constantly monitor the situation and hope for a spike in volume and/or price It is very unlikely there are more buyers than sellers otherwise you wouldn't be asking the question: you would know that!.

must be penny stock - that's why you don;t buy penny stocks - hard to sell sometimes - you probably won't be able to sell then it all at once and the price might get driven down by teh fllod of shares going for sale if you try selling 13000 all at once or even within a one week periodthe price will probably plunge IF you even get buyers for them all in a reasonable amount of time

Just put in a Sell order with a "Good Till Cancelled" time line ... it will sell as buyers come along ... might take a few days. Be sure not to put a "All or None' restriction on the shares, but DO put a LIMIT ORDER to set your price so it does not fall below what you want.
