How do I start selling health insurance in the state of PA?

You need to get a PA health insurance lisence first. then get appointed by a company to sell there insurance and the go sell it. BE ADVISED: selling insurance is incredibly boring, exauhsting and unrewarding and there are many more productive things to do in life. i would rather shovel dog poop then sell insurance. i worked for aflac this summer. they told me it was "marketing and sales internship". more like a term of indentured servitude. if yu really want to do this make sure you do it with a reputable company. NOT the duck people.
