Can a Paypal payment be recalled?

I can't receive Paypal payment- "payment has been initiated through paypal?"?

    Upgrade your account - they are credit card payments and you won't get them otherwise. The only alternative is to contact both buyers and request cheque or postal order payments.

Call Pay Pal directly. Go to the Pay Pal page or get the number from Ebay live. They can help. Here is a link for Pay Pal

dont send anyting until payment is confirmed, email ebay to find out for sure but it does in fact sound like a e-cheque. if it is it usually takes a few days for it to clear

An hourglass usually means its an e cheque. Send nothing until the payment is showing as cleared. Think about upgrading to a premier account, its much easier if you intend to carry on selling.

It may be an e-cheque. You should be able to check this on the paypal 'my account overview' page. If it's an e-cheque, do not post out items until it has cleared. If you have a personal account then you may need to upgrade to premier before you can accept the payment. On the paypal 'my account overview' page check the details.
