Where do I find a list of professional rules of etiquette?

Do you think there are rules for etiquette on social media platforms? If so, what are these rules?

• I am exploring the idea of online etiquette for a class project and am interested to find out if you think online etiquette exists. If so, what are some specific rules of etiquette that you value on platforms like facebook, twitter, instagram, whatsapp (or any other form of new media)? Please also mention which form of new media you are referring to in your response. Thank you!

  There is a basic thing to remember when using any form of media, whether it is social or not, you treat people how you would like to be treated and then can't go wrong.  You never know who may read you words of wisdom, a client, a friend or your next door neighbour.  Be yourself but remember other people feelings at the same time.
