Does usps deliver mail everyday?

Why doesn't my USPS mail carrier deliver all of my mail?

  Go to www.usps.com, on the top bar, far left, is 'FIND A ZIP CODE'. Enter all your address information, and see if the 9 digit ZIP they return matches the one you've been giving people. If you are not using a 9 digit ZIP it might be that your address is misread by keycoders -- they add the 'bar-code' address that the Postal machines read. Your carrier doesn't sort mail anymore, it comes sorted. If you are not using 9 digit start using it. Typically in an apartment you will get better delivery from the regular carrier than from a 'sub'. The outgoing mail problem sounds weird. You should just use the designated outgoing box. Maybe you pissed off your regular carrier by filing 3 complaints on them.
