I want to open a call center. Is it a profitable business in india? How to get started?

hi, its a nice idea that you are open to call centers. we are a contact center solutions provider with a corporate office in the US and the Philippines. I think it would be better to open a call center here in Manila, we have low cost, you save your time, the quality, flexibility and of course the people here in Manila has better accent than in India. But the point here is, you should first try to outsource your business or other businesses so that you will have further idea on call centers, so that if you decided to have call center, it would be easy for you to handle things.
