Very good question. Although I'm not 100% sure, all of these issues are addressed in the excellent film ''The Money Masters''. Just search Google Video or YouTube. This film chronicles the history of banking and exposes the cunning financiers that run an International banking cartel that controls the world's economy. Covers a lot of history and also explains much of what is going on in our world right now. Best, Gopal (The Musical Mad Scientist and Entrepreneur) http://www.gopalonline.com
