Six Flags Magic Mountain?

Which amusement park is better, six flags discovery kingdom great america, or six flags magic mountain?

    Im going to Great America, so no imput there, but I can say that for the rides, Magic Mountain beats Discovery Kingdom by a longshot. If it's shows you're after, Discovery Kingdom is better. Magic Mountain is pretty out of the way from San Francisco. But Magic Mountain blows any other paark out of the water! haha. And if you have a few days, and want to hit both parks, get a season pass, it will pay for itself in two trips to ANY sixflags park in the country!! (if you go to magic mountain, get flash passes and for sure go on Tatsu. It is an insane thrill!!! Superman is neat, but for that go really early. We waited in line for less than a minute, and the ride is pretty quick, but it's a rush!!)

Hmm I've been to Great America and its fun. But it doesn't have too many thrill rollercoasters. But its still really fun. And my brother said Magic Mountain is AWESOME! Yep, we're going there this Monday. Oh yea also remember that Magic Mountain though is in LA, so its quite some driving from San Fran. Well anyway, yea, I'm sure Magic Mountain will be awesome! Hope you have fun also wherever you go!

I love Magic Mountain, and this park has the USA's only 4th dimensional roller coaster! And it has some of the most top recording roller coasters. Superman, X, Viper, Tatsu, Riddlers Revenge. All great. GO there awesome ness

personally, i think they are both good theme parks. but i would prefer six flags magic mountain because in my opinion i like the rides better.

Dicovery Kingdom is a great park. If you like the animal shows and stuff it is great, emplyees are mostly helpful and the place is usually pretty clean and well kept up. Yes Magic Mountian has more thrill rides and not the shows... so it depends on what you are into.. however when I went to Magic Mountain last summer (June06), and the place has gotten run down and dirty... employees didn't seem to care about the customers....etc but I have heard that Six Flags is trying to clean it up again... on Great America... we went for the first time in May 07... it is a good park but when we asked an employee how to get somewhere we didn't get very good directions, enough thrill rides for my taste... my kids liked it... didn't go into the 'water park" part because it wasn't quite warm enough.

I totally agree with most everyone here, magic mountain is the wya to go. More thrills. More fun. More food. =D and food is good.
