Is there a web site where I can find statistical charts on car wrecks in which cell phones were the cause?

  Unfortunately, in many wrecks, people toss the phone. Police officers have thousands of tales of vehicle wrecks where they found cell phones on the seat, tossed in the back, on the floor, or out the window, still on, but the drivers don't admit to having been yakking at the time.
