    you can use the parchment paper, more expense, the flex molds, very much more money. or you can spray the throw away pie pans or cake tin with Pam or put some olive oil in mist bottle and use that to coat the pans so the plaster comes out easily.

I use plastic plates and they come out every time ;)))

Line the pans with parchment paper and let some hang over the sides. Let the mold set up and then use the extra on the sides to lift it out. After that just peel off the paper and you have a mold.
