How can u become a bartender at a nice restaurant if u have NO experience?

You're going to have to start at the bottom. It doesn't happen over night. Take a bar tending course and get a job at a bar or a small rest. and work your way up!

Get some experience while working in a smaller bar. Buy a book on how to mix drinks and practice practice and practice.

maybe get a job at a local bar or a resutraunt like applebees or something.. once you have a little experience, go out and get a job at that nice place you like

you don't want a job in a nice restaurant as a bartender with no experience. you will have a REEEEALLY hard time with it. start as a server or bar back, learn, ask questions, and work your way up. no amount of reading or taking 'classes' will substitute genuine experience.
