Try to ring the number would be the easiest way. If you don't want them to see that you are calling, use a pay phone. Isn't there a directory you can ring and ask them? Or your phone company? Local telephone directory online?

if you have the adress you coul call 411. or you could ask for alist of your calls with your next telephone bill.
