How much is the college tuition in your country?

I guess it depends on your field of study Bsc is more then a Ba etc. and the university some are more then others. I'm doing Bsc geology in South Africa first year and its about R38 000 thats 3800 dollars. I guess at my university it ranges from 2400 to 4400 dollars or so i think

College is free if your under 19, but university fees cost about £10000 in England

I'm studying in the US, but in the country I used to live in, tuition would tend to be $5000 to $8000, I'd say. That price was definitely kept artificially low, though. There were barely any private universities and most universities were bare-bones, with no dorms, sports teams, extracurriculars, etc. Admission was typically decided via a lottery, with people's chances being weighted by their average high school grades. It may be cheap, but it was heavily government-controlled and a pretty awful system, if you ask me.
