What is the difference between germ and virus?

What is the difference between a virus, a bacteria, a microbe and germ?

• I know that virus have their own RNA and they "hijack" cell's ribosomes to build other viruses other than that i don't know the difference between these four things.

Viruses harness the host cell's machinery to reproduce.
