If you have a vendor's license www.flowerfactory.com is a great place to shop. I don't know where you are located, but their actual stores are located here in Ohio and 1 in Indiana, but they ship too from their website. Also www.jewelrytelevision.com has awesome deals. They run free shipping over holidays etc, so I buy stuff during that time. For example I buy castings off there and seperate cheap stones. you can put the stone in on your own.
