Your question isn't very clear! Is it going to another country? If the mobile phone is in the US and you live in the US,it should be fine. If you don't live in the US,it depends on what country it's going to. I have a problem sending packages to Ukraine,I must add registered mail when I ship using Priority International Flat Rate Small Box or First Class International, which doesn't have indemnity coverage.
