    Comcast apparently services smaller areas too. In the province of Manitoba, MTS services smaller areas of Manitoba as well and they give c**** customer service and the techy's don't look happy and don't care that much about customers. ComCast might just be full of themself's, just like MTS. Echos, on a VOIP phone service is normal, so I wouldn't complain about that.

Ive had to call them 10 times in the last 6 months for the high speed going down, they just drop the connection and then refresh it, but im tired of unplugging the damn modem and watching the blinking green lights while talking to someone who tells me its my wireless router. yeah whats up with them?

Comcast is a bunch of bull, everytime I talk on the phone I hear echos and on demand works when it wants to, I am thinking about trying Direct TV.
