unless you know the person and coming from ghana it's a scam.if someone you know was sending you a legit money order it wouldn't cost you anything to receive it.if you don't know anyone that would be doing this.it's a scam.

You pay nothing. This is a scam. I presume you have received an email suggesting that somebody needs to move some money - just delete it! Just type 'Ghana scam' into a search engine - you will be surprised!
