    sometimes in the heat of the moment people cut off their nose 2 spite their face.. calm down think it over.. what will probably happen is this, the person will find out it was you that put the complaint in and they will be out 4 revenge.. it all can backfire and not in your favor.. bummer eh ~

well you can go to the company's site and find a link to the coorporate HR. the best way is to write emails to your hr manager and his or her supervisor keep copies of everything written and make sure you have something to back it up. you will also want to be on the lookout for "retaliation" if the employee is not fired but is punished in some way. keep everything.. use words like "hostile work environment" they usually perk up their ears for that one... good luck.

quit being scared and do it in person...i doubt they'd even read it if you emailed something..they can just say they never got it...grow a pair and tell your supervisor...i know you're too scared too do it

Go to www.walmartbenefits.com and register and sign on. You will be able to go to the ethics section to file a complaint by email. Also at work you can do it by means of the wire on ethics section as well.
