  Thank you Dhugal for asking me to answer.  I'm an advocate of Linked In.  You can join various Sales groups and they allow you to list under the heading of "Jobs".  You may even be able to find a group that specializes on Franchise Opportunities.  Otherwise, if you're on Social Media (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Facebook Page and Google Plus, you can build your following and share and ask your followers to share the job opportunity.  There are also a ton of job boards like Monster, Workopolis, Job Board, etc. that cater to posting jobs.  However, there may be costs associated to some.  Good luck!
