Infrastructure developer - a job title that indicates the person's job is to develop infrastructure components of an application (e.g. data-access-layer, component libraries, etc.) System Engineer - This specific title can be a little fuzzy, but officially your could say it's a job title that indicates that this person's job is the overview and manage solution-scope issues.
