What are some Russian customs and traditions and what do I never say?

I am going to Russia for a year Moscow and I learned Russian but I need to know the customs I don't want to stand out

The firs answer is like "people in russia is dancing with bears". Evrything like in europe. But first never apply to Russians such stereotypes like "they drinking vodka and sleeping with bers, wearing fur-hats and fur-coats" because it is not so and russians really hate it. Second - never say that it is US who won WW2 Russians believe that victimesed 60 mill people was the largest contribution to win Nazi germany. So I think it's all. Russians are really friendly and i believe that you will meet persons who will tell you more and more.
