How do you put a decal on a windshield?

What should i put in the windshield wiper thing...?

    Well, if you live where the temperature goes below freezing, water would be a bad idea. I suggest the blue stuff that you can buy at about any store.

Yes, the regular blue covered washer fluid is all you need to put in there.

Depends on where you live. Straight water will smear your windows. Use the "Blue" stuff, but get something marked at least -20ºF. Even if it does not get cold where you live, the cold stuff has more methanol and will clean your bugs better.
