Do binaural beats actually work?

  I have tried a few different binaural beats, some expensive and some not. The ones I liked the best were from the Unexplainable Store, mostly because they were affordable and they seemed to work well for me. I have tried the lucid dreaming ones and for me it took a coupld of weeks of listening to them every day. I have heard of others though who experienced lucid dreams far quicker so I think it depends on the person. I also really liked the astral projection binaural beats.
