Answer:
they cant get a loan? so what, you just trust them to pay you or what? you will end up with no car, while they run all over town in the free one you gave them, laughing their butt off, you cannot approve of them taking over payments, this has to get approved by leinholder anyhow, Because otherwise you will be screwed, and look how eager they were to get their free car???

DO NOT DO IT You don't know these people. They can't get a loan and they will most likely never pay even 1 payment to you. You will still be legally responsible for the payments and the insurance. Let the car go back if you can't find someone who will be able to take over the note with the company you owe or another company. You might also try to get the car refinanced with a lower payment.

id say its a scam if they leave it in your name they cant even get insurance on it

your current loan agreement almost certainly prohibits this.

If legitimate banks don't trust these people with their own money and deny them credit based on their poor credit history why should YOU ignore that fact and act as their personal banker? Unless you have the resources and the funds to lose this car then DO NOT act as a banker for a stranger with a good story. Sell the car only to someone who has the funds to pay for it in full. Why would anybody even consider extending credit to someone they don't know and trust when several banks, who's job it is to verify customers credit worthiness already have told them NO. Don't do it. You're setting yourself up for failure if you do.

If a bank won't trust them to loan money to, then neither should you. Either sell the car and pay the loan off or keep it. Those are your only choices. Allowing someone to take over payments is risky and illegal.

Definitely a scam. No legit person offers to buy a car or takeover payments, sight unseen. Even if you found a legit person to take over the payments, this is going to end up causing you to get your car repossessed, anyways. Sub-leasing a car a lender owns breaches your contract with the lender 99.9% of the time. Your only real options here are the sell the car, outright, work our a payment arrangement with your lender or get approval from your lender to have someone else take over the payments.

So someone you don't know is telling you they have bad credit and you would trust them to make your payments for you? You are already in a financially bad spot...don't make it worse by being stuck with a payment AND no car to show for it.
