Shairport does not require a jailbroken iOS device- you could try that. However you may also be interested in microsoft "smartglass" which is a suite of applications that appears to have your issue amongst its list of current priorities. Give it a look!

Use the Airdroid app. Works flawlessly. Just launch the app on your Android device and make sure both the PC running Windows 7 and your device are connected to the same wifi network. Copy the key displayed on your Android device and paste it on your Windows 7 PC's web browser (you have to open http://web.airdroid.com. I use this all the time to mirror my Droid's contents.
